This Level 3 Food Safety for Food Manufacturing course is ideal for:

Entry Requirements: Prior food safety training (e.g. RSPH Level 2 or equivalent), basic understanding of manufacturing workflow, and commitment to apply safety practices in your workplace.

After completing this course, you will be confident in:


– Designing and operating effective food safety monitoring procedures and corrective action protocols.
– Recognising physical, chemical, and microbial hazards and preventing contamination in food manufacturing.

Costs

The course involves a 1.5-hour exam with multiple choice and scenario-based questions designed to test both knowledge and applied skills.

On passing, you will receive the RSPH Level 3 Award in Food Safety for Food Manufacturing, recognised by regulatory agencies and employers in the food sector. Resit options are available for those who do not pass first time. Considered toward CPD where applicable.
