Working Safely at Height
This online course will guide those working at height in pest control to be aware of the hazards associated with working at height and how to mitigate the risk of these hazards. The module will cover the use of personal protection equipment, mechanical equipment and other tools that may be necessary to complete pest control activities.
Working at height is one of the leading causes of workplace accidents. Falls from ladders, roofs or elevated platforms can cause severe injury or worse. UK law (e.g. Work at Height Regulations 2005) holds both employers and individuals accountable: you’re required to assess risks, ensure correct equipment, and follow safety procedures. This course helps you meet those standards, reduce liability, and keep your staff safe.
